Indra Regent Hotel - Bangkok

the hotel was fairly clean with good hot breakfast selections. our room was decent sized and newly decorated, provided with the bedroom and tea the starf, for instance.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

Very comfy beds and television with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe. The good view from the room, very pleasant staff who always help us and give us great service. Great and easy location, an easy walk to everywhere. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street.

What shines and what doesn't

The location is perfect for all types of travellers, providing easy access to vibrant markets and street foods. The staff demonstrate really good helpfulness and attentiveness.

Amenities are lacking, with several promised services non-existent, like room service and a children's pool. The overall ambiance felt neglected and outdated.

Luxury, fairly clean place with hard-working and genuinely helpful staff in reception desk. Convenient and ideal location in brilliant area, short walk to other shopping centres, markets and public transport, famous shopping area and shopping malls MBK, Siam Paragon.

Beds were too small.

the units are fully renovated, neat with balcony as well as tea/coffee.

My stay was decent, with a fantastic breakfast service that brought delicious options right to my room and a great clean room, although the WiFi fee was a bummer. I'd give it another shot.

I liked the breakfast Garden . There was a very good selection of food to chose from. I liked that there were some western facilities. I liked the location. I liked the shopping. I really liked Tour East being at the motel. They helped us very much and spoke very good English.

Our room was very smelly. There were cockroaches in the room.( they are bugs). Your beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were very very uncomfortable and hurt our necks.

The staff at indra regent are amazing. Especially the reception team who were always willing to assist! The location is prime for shopping, near major malls and markets.

Breakfast could use more variety. And the Wi-Fi wasn't great.

Location for shopping markets etc food outlets scarce

I like this hotel and we will come this hotel again. Location was good walking distance to pratunam market and pratunam shopping mall.

The Superior Twin or Double Room was okay. It was comfortable for the most part, but housekeeping was only done upon request, a bit annoying. The bedding felt decent, and I had a good view, but the bathroom could use better toiletries. They didn't really stock essentials like toothbrushes or anything when I checked in, a letdown. So, it had its perks, but it felt a bit lacking in service.

Room had good air conditioning, tv, but check-in was slow and staff unfriendly.
